We're inviting our client partners to sponsor their talent's participation so they can step away from their desks, recharge, learn alongside their peers, and feel recognized for the work they've contributed throughout the year.
This is more than a holiday party. It is a chance to show your talent that their work is seen, valued, and worth investing in.

We would love for your talent to join the DSM Talent Year-End Experience. This two-day gathering is designed to help talents rest, reconnect, build stronger relationships, and return with renewed energy for the work they do with you.
Your support helps make this possible. It covers the real event needs, including accommodation, meals, round-trip travel, venue, facilitation, activities, supplies, and a Christmas basket for each participating talent.
Please complete the RSVP form by October 10, 2026 so we can finalize accommodations, catering, transportation, and event logistics. Submitting this form does not trigger billing — after the RSVP deadline, the DSM Talent Team will email the total amount for your review and confirmation.
Why client sponsorship matters
We want to be clear and transparent about the ask. This year-end experience is not designed as a profit-making event. The investment simply helps cover the real cost of giving your talent a meaningful in-person experience: a safe place to rest, learn, connect, and be celebrated.
Many remote talents work hard behind the screen all year. They support clients, solve problems, meet deadlines, and help keep operations moving, often without the same visibility or in-person connection that office-based teams naturally receive. Your sponsorship helps close that gap — it gives your talent a reminder that they belong to a larger team, that their work matters, and that the people they support are willing to invest back into them.
